Three key factors in dismantling mechanical parts of pipe bender1. When disassembling the mechanical seal, be careful. Do not use a hammer or a flat shovel to avoid damaging the sealing elements. A pair of steel wire hooks can be used to stretch into the gap of the transmission seat in the direction of self financing and pull out the sealing device. If scaling can not be removed, it should be cleaned before disassembly;2. If mechanical seals are used at both ends of the pump, mutual care shall be taken during assembly and disassembly to prevent one from the other;3. For the mechanical seal that has been in operation, if the gland is loose and the seal moves, the dynamic and static ring parts must be replaced instead of re tightening. Because the original running track of the friction pair will change after the sample moving, the sealing of the contact surface will be easily damaged.
