There are usually problems in the hydraulic area, because when the machine is bending, the pipe is cut by a metal circular saw, and many small iron pins are left. If these iron pins are not cleaned up, they will be directly taken to the pipe bender for bending. Many pipe bender molds are bent with mandrel. For fear that the fullness is not high enough, there will be wrinkling or collapse.In this way, when the pipe bender inserts the pipe into the mandrel, these small iron pins will fall out, and the iron pins that have not been cleaned out will fall into the oil tank inside the body. We all know that the hydraulic pipe bender uses the oil pump to input the hydraulic oil, and the solenoid valve provides the hydraulic power. So most of these iron pins will be filtered out by the filter screen in our oil inlet pipe after they enter the oil tank, but a small part of iron pins will also enter the oil pump, so the iron pins sucked into the oil pump will enter the solenoid valve. Because these iron pins can't flow in the solenoid valve, the hydraulic solenoid valve will be blocked, and the hydraulic oil can't flow, so there will be a problem The corresponding action failure, resulting in the hydraulic pipe bender can not work normally.Even if there is such a phenomenon, there is no need to panic. Just press a certain action manually according to the key on the control panel, and then look at the indicator light on the solenoid valve to see which solenoid valve does not work, and then turn off the movie. Then use a 4mm Allen key to remove the solenoid valve fixed on the oil distributor. Clean the solenoid valve with clean kerosene, blow the inside with air gun, clean the iron pin inside, and then install it.
